A brand new fleet of mobile libraries was launched at the start of the year, running, for the first time, on a three-week cycle. They carry a wide range of large and small print books, spoken word tapes and CDs, with an emphasis on titles that will appeal to older borrowers and under 5s and their carers. All the stock is refreshed on a regular basis. Books can be requested on-line and delivered, where possible, on the next visit.
The service would love to see more people making use of this rich resource.
The next visits will be on the 21st November 2008 and 12th December 2008.
