*Avon Dassett Road Green

Welcome to the Fenny Compton Parish Council website

Fenny Compton is sandwiched between the Burton Dassett Hills and the Oxford Canal. This delightful South Warwickshire village located between Banbury and Leamington Spa is steeped in history, with charming houses, of honey coloured local stone.

It epitomises rural Warwickshire, but is far from a sleepy backwater.

Cotters Croft*

It is a lively bustling community with many amenities including two public houses, church and a chapel. It also has a primary school, a modern doctors surgery, Co-op shop, hairdressers with beauty salon as well as a maintained fire station.

*Memorial Road

The village name which means " settlement in a marshy valley", is very apt as it has its own water company, which is the smallest in England and was founded in 1886.

High Street*

The Parish Council is grateful to Stratford District Council who enabled us to receive funding from a grant from 'AWARDS for ALL'.

It is a community website providing information supplied by voluntary groups from within the parish, and also the Parish Council.
